Sounds Queer? After months in workshops, Queer Synth Laboratory participants take over Prospekthof at Semperdepot. During Zosia Hołubowska's skill-sharing session, "Sounds Queer?" offers a place to learn the basics in synthesizers and electronic music. So what does "queer" sound like? How can we create a queer safe space through music? As a collective, we dedicate ourselves to exploring sound, harmonies and dissonances, latency and synchronization, while developing a performative sound installation.

Zosia Hołubowska is a queer musician and sound artist. She organizes Sound Queer workshops in Denmark, Australia, Ukraine and Poland, bringing together artists*, musicians* and electronic music enthusiasts. As a PhD student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, she is involved in various bands and musical projects (Prison, Wilcze Jagody, Fallow Ground) and active as a sound artist.
