Every year, kültüř gemma! awards four six-month fellowships at Viennese cultural institutions, endowed with 1,300 euros per month. The annually changing partner institutions call for propolsals for the respective fellowships together with kültüř gemma!. The candidates apply with an artistic project to be implemented at the institution during the project period. The work process is accompanied by kültüř gemma! The fellowship is intended to enable qualified collaboration in a selected area of work at an established cultural institution and to promote an examination of the institution from a migrant perspective.
