Sattva Giacosa

This project aims to make visible the reality of migrants from disadvantaged backgrounds who, once outside their home country, provide essential support to their families. It highlights the contradictions of the West, where migrants are criminalized and discriminated against while being exploited as cheap labor. The project also aims to expose the reality of the business behind money transfer companies such as Western Union and other banks and currency agencies. A reality that is often hidden even within the realm of alternative and autonomous groups.
